Coos County Sheriff’s Office announces death of beloved K9 Odin
The Coos County Sheriff’s Office K9 Unit announced the passing of beloved K9, Odin, on the morning of March 17.Odin’s handler posted to Facebook, “My friend and partner Odin passed away this morning. Although Lisa and I are very sad we are so very happy we were able to spend our lives with him. Odin was much more than a patrol dog to us. We love you bubba.”The post was signed off with “Mom & Dad.”At 2-years-old K-9 Odin joined the Coos County Sheriff’s Office, he served 6 years with CCSO before retiring in July 1, 2021.
