Died – 6/23/20
1st Handler – Sgt. Love
2nd Handler – Sgt. Donaldson

It is will great sadness that we announce the passing of retired K9 Falco. Falco passed away on June 23, 2020 after enjoying nearly 5 years of retirement. During Falco’s career with the Hendricks County Sheriff’s Office he worked with 2 different handlers, first Sgt. Love and then finished his career with Sgt. Donaldson. During Falco’s time with the department he had over 500 training hours and was deployed well over 100 hundred times. Falco was responsible for dozens of arrests and thousands of dollars in illegal drugs taken off the streets. We’d like to thank Central Indiana K9 Association for stepping in to provide for Falco’s final veterinary care. CIK9 also presented an engraved memorial box and flag to Sgt. Donaldson in remembrance of Falco and his years of dedicated service to the citizens of Hendricks County.
