Hoke County K-9 loses battle with cancer
Following a cancer battle, a K-9 with the Hoke County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) has passed away.K-9 Ola died on July 5, three days after she was diagnosed with lymphoma. Her death was announced by the HCSO this Thursday.“K-9 Ola was euthanized to eliminate pain and suffering due to the cancer,” the HCSO said in a statement. “Please keep her handler, Deputy Sheriff Todd Williams, and our staff in your prayers.”
