Police K-9 Dies: ‘Aedan’s Impact Stretched Far And Wide’
Aedan, the K-9 who served alongside his human handler in the Beverly Hills Police Department for five years, has died. Aedan, a male Belgian Malinois, completed over 1,200 hours of training and completed 20 suspect searches, leading to the apprehension of five suspects. During a joint operation with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, Aedan’s alert led to the seizure of drugs worth over $500,000, according to the Beverly Hills Police Department.
