Retired K9 Arros passed away on July 18th, 2022 due to respiratory complications from lesions on his cervical spine. He served five years with the US Army 1st Special Forces Group as a Multi-Purpose Canine. He then served with the Utah Highway Patrol as an Explosive Detection Canine from 2015-2020. He retired to his Handler, Sgt. Aaron Colvin. Arros and Sgt. Colvin were more than best friends, they were family. The State of Utah is at a major loss with the passing of K9 Arros. He will be greatly missed.
