The New Hampshire State Police K-9 Unit is mourning the loss of one of their own. Retired K-9 Casper died this week. He was an 11-year-old Dutch shepherd assigned to Trooper First Class Anthony Cattabriga, out of concord. The pair worked together from 2013 until Casper’s retirement last January.
